Does anyone know how strict they are this year with checking that IDs carefully? If they don't check carefully I could get by with a spare student ticket as well.

I'm trying out the bus from downtown to the RBC tonight for the canes game -- hopefully it's not too much hassle getting back from the arena. They run for State basketball games too, so for anyone living around downtown that can walk to Fayetteville street, you should check it out.

something messed up with the lottery yesterday, i bet it will pop up randomly in the morning...

for some reason on-demand showed up last night at midnight, so that's probably why it's not showing up now. hopefully there's still tickets left and it'll probably show up around 8 or 9 tomorrow morning.

even if they were all claimed it, on-demand would still show under the phase section and you would hit reserve ticket and it would say that there are no more tickets available-- something it's not doing.

at 12:10 it popped up like it typically does at midnight and said that ondemand would start at 12:13am.

guess that ondemand/lottery bug last night must have taken most of the tickets away because there was NOBODY hitting the site at 12:13 compared to like it was at midnight and the tickets still ran out almost immediately.

^^ I figure that we can just request and if we don't win then don't claim them. The claim period encompasses the game.

^Haven't herd anything on the seating areas. The cheapest individual tickets are in the upper half of the upper deck are $25. I would assume that the tickets will be better than those. I would hope they put us a little closer to the action.

It sucks that we have to do this without knowing if we will be there or not, but logistically this is the only way to do it. To Hell with jinxes!
