I like Haynes but he's starting to give me flashbacks to the days of T.A. when I had to worry about a fumble every time he gets the ball. I think Greene is just too good of a runner to not to have the starting job. He's got those jukes that make defenders look stupid. I predict he will be playing on Sundays in a few years.

For the guy asking about going to Death Valley on the last page...

I went down there the year before last and several other times when I was younger. Overall I had no problems with the Clemson fans. Everyone I came across was very nice and a bunch of them offered me beer and food. Very polite and enjoyable people from what I could tell.

FYI,
for anyone looking into those $25 tickets currently for sale in the nosebleeds. It is a BRUTAL walk to the top of Death Valley. I found some $35 ones on the grass hill on Greenville's (SC) Craigslist page.

I'll be sitting in the Clemson alumni section. Guy I work with sold me his tickets as he can't make the game. Hopefully no one throws crap at me or talks crap to me because I'll have my 3 yr old daughter and that would be pretty lame.

Going to Death Valley for the first time with the wifey this weekend for the game. We bought tickets from the Wolfpack club and since we're not that high in points, we're stuck in the first few rows of the upper deck. I might try to sell em and find some in another section. Haven't made up my mind.

NCSU - 45
Clemson - 28

Personally I love the first row of the upper deck as it provides the most TV-like view of the game.

Time to scratch Clemson off that list...no time to shut the bed.

I've always been able to park on the golf course off Old Stadium Rd. It's about 0.75-1.0 miles from the stadium and not horrible to get out of. (Not great either, though.)

Wake game is on my 21st. I wish it would be against someone better, but oh well. A nice romping will still do.

Also, I really fucking wish I didn't have to work on Saturday, because I really want to make the trip down to Clemson. Stupid work.

^^People don't fry turkey for the flavor or moisture. They fry turkey because frying shit is cool, and frying really big shit is really cool.

^I've found both the flavor and moisture of fried turkeys to be better than that of baked turkeys.

Also, dancing L... because I said all week we should be the crap out of ECU, and we SHUT THE BED. So here's hoping TOB impresses the importance of these games on his team and they show up and play like we know he can.

PS - I like seeing Russel getting back to his old ways at the FSU game. Scramble and/or takeoff.... Beautiful.

Is there some kind of magic going on inside the pot that prevents the turkey from drying out? The answer is that it's not possible, and there's no magic. Fried turkey is dry."

don't really understand why the game couldn't be scheduled at 6pm if it's on ESPN3, like they normally do... but a helllllllll of a lot better than noon.

frying food, any food, is simple physics.

the extreme heat of the oil produces a crispy, oleogenic (oily), hydrophobic (waterproof) crust in a very short amount of time, similar to searing steak.

even more amazing, keeping the oil temp steady keeps the food from soaking up oil and becoming oily.

(for the alcohol part)...I can down fried chicken (and most other common tailgate foods) for all 3 meals though.

Sadly I'll be back home for this one...I'll probably end up at our shitty Buffalo Wild Wings and have to survive among Cleetus McAsshat and the rest of the UNC fans that regularly pack the place.

^ in that game, Ellington averaged 6.4 yards a carry and rushed for 140 yards and 1 TD.

At least we don't have to worry about him.

I'd venture to say that from the VT and UCF film they saw mobile QB's that can break the pocket cleanly will have a lot of running room on our D.

also, that's not the same Cam Newton. THAT Cam Newton was playing in his first game and wasn't catching circus balls in the back of the endzone or running for 200+ yards/game.

What's even better is that IC dweebs were lamenting just missing out on him apparently. Newsflash IC dweebs, shoop would still have him behind wonder boy Yates.

actually i think it's kind of dumb to announce that now and let us game plan for him. Has he played at all this year (Tajh Boyd)?

on a side note, this should really piss off tarhole fans because they are dying to see Renner and get him at least ready for next year, but, TJ's contract says he's the only one that can play.

^good addition.

Also, the game planning is key. The only true running qb we have faced without game planning for is Nesbit. So I can't really bitch about it until Saturday.
