Coach and QB are the two most important positions in any organization. We have the chance to potentially get a great one at each. I'd hate to see us not take advantage of that.

Not taking Harbaugh isn't a big deal. Might be good for continuity with Luck but I'm not 100% sold on him as a pro coach. I think Riviera would be a good move as long as they can grab a good OC also.

Coach is more of a crapshoot than QB. Belicheck was shit in Cleveland, Sean Peyton and Mike Smith had little hype going in, and Mike Tomlin came out of no where and is probably the coolest coach in league history. I'm confident a new coordinator coming in to coach can work, but it has to be the right guy.

Ron Rivera sounds like a head coach. Perry Fewell sounds like an interior decorator.
