But as evident in last night's game, Bethel is doing a terrible job of Video Coordinator b/c we should have won that game by 53 points, and i have to think that some the team's terrible performance was because Tony didn't coordinate the videos very well for this game. He needs to be fired, or at least be told that he better start coordinating videos better or he will be replaced with someone who is better at coordinating videos. And that is on Sid. Sid need to tell Tony that he needs to step-up. That's what head coaches do.

The biggest problem with our coaching staff is our tipoff plays. We never run that play off the tipoff that gets you a layup. One man runs down the court and the other guy tips it to a guy who passes it to the guy running down the court.

Sids been here 5 years, run the tipoff play already
