I'd love to see us smash Tampa but I have a feeling it's not going to happen--but I'll keep the flame alive at the game anyway. I saw more Tampa games last season than I did Hurricanes (girlfriend's family are filthy rich Jew-in-laws that have season tickets and some other special VIP access in Tampa) so I might be more of a jinx than anything. :X

I like this team, there were stretches where I felt like we had he intangible IT factor. Score board did not reflect this. One issue I have i lack of a grizzled old vet who can get the boys to shake goals off and look forward. Whitney types. Stillman would have filled this roll quite well, too.

And our captain is a piece of shit lazy cock sucker. The first 4 on 4, puck comes out of the zone, Timmy cuts back along tampas bench, gets the puck to Joni all alone on the attacking blueline, plenty of time to tag up. Joni hesitates because two guys were off, one guy tags, eric staal glides... Joni is off side at this point, even after hesitating.

Way to skate it out douche bag.

Boucher getting the start tonight at Washington. All other lines are staying the same.

I was working last night, so I had to watch the game earlier today. We really played well through the first two periods...just couldn't finish on about 4 or 5 different opportunities. Unless we face another performance like Roloson's last night, I don't see why we can't walk out with a W.
