I agree NRR.

Nothing unusual about this system yet, but when meteorologists have so few large storms to talk about every year they have to make the most of what they are given!

Its very likely that house makes more than you do

Even with that kind of loss, its worth it for that owner to restore that pool somewhere (if he still has the footprint for it).

I'm not really sure what the tree wall photo is trying to prove. Yeah that's bad damage, but any random thunderstorm could also do that. Now if that tree wall damage happened to 50% of the houses in that neighborhood then yeah...that'd be pretty bad.
