Probably the exhaust of a high altitude rocket of some sort.

looks to me like something "falling" into the atmosphere because of the outflow. Perhaps a satellite or old piece of space junk.

Yeah my guess is an Atlas V rocket was launched from the Cape an that is what the video shows. Not a UFO but still pretty cool.

So we're to believe these 'beings' have complicated and advanced nav systems that let them move across space/through wormholes/across dimensions but once they reach Earth they fail to maneuver at such a rate that we can pieces of their craft when our population covers such a small percentage of the land, let alone globe (e.g. oceans are big).

Seems off to me.
