Seems pretty obvious from the offseason signings that the Panthers want to reestablish their emphasis on a run-first offense. Combine that with a revamped D, and we should see a much more conservative approach, game in and game out. I doubt Cam throws for more than 3,500 yards this season. There's no way in hell I draft Cam in fantasy unless he somehow drops to like the 6th round.

This makes a lot of sense on paper, but your 3rd string QB is usually the one running the scout team in practice -- meaning they're the ones who have to simulate the next team's QB. I'd imagine you'd want your scout-team QB to be able to pass. Not saying Pickles can pass, but still...

I swear though, Clausen is absolutely hopeless. He has the worst poise and pocket presence I've ever seen --it's like watching a middle schooler trying to run the varsity football team. You almost feel for the guy.
