Quote : | "President Barack Obama formally introduced Denis McDonough as his chief of staff on Friday, describing his deputy national security adviser as not only a straight-shooter, but also a close friend.
Obama debuted McDonough, whom the president had been widely expected to select, at the White House, saying he had been "counting on Denis for nearly a decade."" |
Quote : | "McDonough's ascension coincides with a broader staff overhaul at the White House. Among the changes included elevating White House communications director Dan Pfeiffer to a senior adviser role; Jennifer Palmieri, Pfieffer's deputy, takes over that role. Rob Nabors, the director of legislative affairs, was promoted to a deputy chief of staff position. Miguel Rodriguez takes over that role." |

So when is the sharia law going to start?
It entertains me to listen to some of the crackpot theories. You really don't get the full effect if you read them.. You have to have your wacko coworkers describe how it is gonna go down. I had the same coworker describe some lady making art out of returned/confiscated guns as memorabilia for museums in the future like the holocaust museums now.
On a serious note I hope the car efficiencies, natural gas production and other energy improvements that were negotiated and funded will reduce the effect of oil on people's lives and slowly make people realize that there is less of a reason to have to worry about who is killing whom in the Middle East. 3/20/2013 11:18:56 PM |

i think if there's anything that's going to make us want even more blood oil it's natural gas. the whole thing is just shit. they promote it as this clean alternative, except extracting it makes huge spots of land toxic and they're just letting people figure it out the hard way. it makes stealing oil from iraq look super appealing, especially if you thought that was fine to begin with. 3/20/2013 11:29:09 PM |
