Joe Harris Virginia
Richard Howell NC State

ALL-ACC SECOND TEAM

Lorenzo Brown NC State

James Michael McAdoo North Carolina

ALL-ACC THIRD TEAM
Michael Snaer Florida State
C.J. Leslie NC State
Ryan Anderson Boston College
Quinn Cook Duke
Devin Booker Clemson
Akil Mitchell Virginia"

Jay Williams is gonna be pissed Curry didn't make the first team and Howell did

also I think the 3rd team could beat either the first or second team in a game of basketball

they couldn't doubleteam CJL or there would be 2 wide open guys

Jay Williams also said Warren is a consistent low post scorer, so there's that.

Glad to see howell get what he deserved. Without his effort this season could have turned out even worse. Hate Brown got hurt as I think he is better than Larkin but cant really argue with anyone on the first team.

well, hanlan was the only unanimous selection to the all-freshman team, so there's that.

I think POY, COY, and ROY are announced tomorrow.

And at Erick Green not being a unanimous 1st teamer...

^^Hanlan was no doubt the most important of the freshmen but it's not a MVP award.

Could be him, Warren, or Sulaimon.

How in the fuck did JMM make the 2nd team? God night that is some serious UNC media bais there.

Very happy for Richard Howell and his 1st team selection. Maybe this will motivate CJL? Nah...

I agree that Erick Green shouldn't have made any of the 3 teams

but hell, forget CJ

Ryan Anderson should've made 2nd team before JMM

I did not follow basketball as much this year because of work, but 25 ppg in acc play even if the rest of your team sucks is still good.

yeah, he led the nation in scoring, and shot a good percentage for a guard

but overall JMM finished 10th in voting, CJL in 12th, and their stat lines are pretty damn close, it was nearly a wash

[Edited on March 11, 2013 at 6:23 PM. Reason : also Leslie dominated him in their one matchup]

My team comparison was what I was saying might have been the difference by implying UNC played a "tougher" schedule thus the difference.

I still think CJL is better than JMM.

wait, what?

you put him on any team in the damn conference and he is still gonna score 20+ points a game. he is just that good.

his numbers weren't a product of him shooting a billion times a game (like stoglin last year), they're a product of being really fucking good (like jj redick his sr year, only better).

if we're playing that game:

The first team would kill the other two IMO. Howell would Plumlee would eat team 2 on the glass. Team 3 couldn't score enough to keep up with team 1 or 2.

Green should a been poy but plumlee is right there.

Jmm even receiving votes is laughable he was terrible this year again.

I agree with the first team though curry for Larkin or Harris is arguable. The other three should ve been unanimous

Warren third in RoY. Should have been second obviously but no problem with Hanlon winning.

^ Ovies was saying that he would have given his COY vote to Williams had Miami lost on Sat and UNC beaten Duke. LOL reward Roy for being stubborn and not playing Hairston until 2/3 of the season was finished. Fucking makes sense to me!

Also glad Green won over anyone else. Hard to argue against a high efficiency scorer like him even if his team sucks donkey dick. Warren deserved to at least be #2 in the ROY voting.
