yeah, I looked at my bracket and saw way too much chalk. Lowest seed I had in the sweet 16 was a 5. That's not likely at all, so I tinkered. The whole sub-region of Bucknell, Butler, Davidson, and Marquette could go to any 4 of them... or so I thought.

I hate the argument that "refs are just following the rules and making those flagrant calls on elbows above the head, they didn't make the rule, just enforce it"... I've seen plenty of refs either interpret rules different or enforce them differently, based on their intent and what happens on the floor.
