^^ I agree, but the defense is a LOT better than last year and they had what, 3 turnovers forced? and should have had a defensive TD as well... that was literally our worst defense ever. My point is, someone could look at last year's results and this years results so far and be like "ok, it was last year, but Tenn did beat the shit out of State on a neutral site, I guess they are better", OR "that was last year, who knows, we will call them even", I am fine with both of those. But for someone to say "State is SO much better than Tennessee" based on the same evidence?

Back to the Syracuse game...which was what my post about 5 or 6 posts above was actually about, and somehow Jaybee was able to turn that into another Tennessee discussion.

Throw the Wake game out the window. We always play them shitty at Winston and they always play their best. One day we'll get over the hump...or we'll be good enough to where we can overcome a sub-par game...we're just not their yet. The two games prior to that (Clemson and Central Michigan)...we actually played pretty well. We're at home against a shitty team. Unless we beat ourselves (entirely possible)...we should win this game.
