the point of the new rules is to get teams like cincy to stop grabbing everyone on every possession

the refs will probably stop calling touch fouls as much as the season goes on but the idea to get teams to stop mugging people

then theyll call a shitload of fouls again the start of next season, etc until coaches finally stop coaching bullshit defense
