I know it's just Wake, but you've got to feel good about that game.

-Cat getting out of his shooting slump

-Lewis making plays with confidence and getting teammates open

-Dez slicing the zone apart and not turning it over every time

-Anya looking like he's finally recovered from his knee injury and playing with some spring in his step

-TJ being his usual unstoppable stop and setting a career high


If we can carry any of that mojo over to Syracuse -- especially Dez knifing through the zone -- it might get interesting.

Yeah, I think we made great strides over the last month or so with dealing with zone defense. You'd expect that based on how much we've faced it, but it seemed like we finally capitalized tonight. Granted, if a few of our 3 pointers hadn't fallen, it might've been a much closer game, but we seem to know what to do facing a zone defense a lot more than we did when teams first sprung it on us in December or whenever. We're getting better, which is all you can really ask for right now.
