I did the same thing at the hofstra game. We got there early and got tickets behind the band. I had printed a sec 104 ticket out as well thanks to photoshop and the online ticket download feature at stubhub, and went over there at halftime and took some seats I had been eyeing. 11/24/2014 9:19:01 AM |

I don't care where anyone sits as long as they're not displacing an actual ticketholder in attendance, but I wouldn't call photoshopping a ticket for a different section the same as arena staff handing you a ticket for a different section. 11/24/2014 10:02:54 AM |

This should be allowed, at least after half-time. There's no sense in people sitting up in the nosebleeds when half of the lower seats are empty. It would create a better/louder environment. 11/24/2014 10:06:28 AM |

Glad we pulled out the win yesterday, but we havd got to find way to be more clutch from the FT line late in the game.
Also USF's coaching staff looked like scene from a Godfather movie. I do think Orlando Antingua was a great hire for them. Dude is one of the best recruiters in the nation. 11/24/2014 10:32:14 AM |

Still astounded that BJ was able to contest their final shot without fouling. If he can play in control consistently it completely changes what this state team can do. 11/24/2014 10:33:59 AM |

I move down as soon as I can. If the ticketholder shows up, I'll immediately get up and apologize. But then I'll just move to other open seats until no one shows up for them. 11/24/2014 10:36:19 AM |

I wish Dez wasnt such a spaz with the ball in his hands because he's the only reliable FT shooter we have. I wonder if we can put Pat Wallace in at the end of games to get fouled 11/24/2014 10:45:27 AM |

That was a well-coached team with two legit big men and two really good guards. They have no depth, but they're definitely talented. Good win, even if it got ugly the last few minutes.
We need to steal their last-second halfcourt shot play. That was brilliant. 11/24/2014 2:00:14 PM |

Last year, it was Dez that beat a lot of zones for us (believe it or not). Not with his shooting, but slashing to the rim and drawing contact.
He came in as a really good 3-point shooter. Not sure what happened. He's still the best on-ball defender we have; just sucks he can't hit his open shots (at least not so far).11/24/2014 2:03:13 PM |

^ But last year we only had one shooter (Turner). With the addition of Lacey and Martin (and hopefully better shooting from Cat), we shouldn't need Dez's dribbling to beat zones as much.
With that being said...I really like Dez. He's a great defender and I don't even think he needs to be a great three point shooter to get more PT...he just has to be able finish better. He's our best FT shooter...add that to a strong finisher, and he should get good burn. 11/24/2014 2:22:30 PM |

2 and 3 in this offense are pretty much interchangeable. I mean Cody is the same size obviously and could play 2 or 3.

Turner, Barber, and Lacey shoot pretty much the same percentage as Lee. Sometimes I think you just make things up.11/24/2014 11:05:00 PM |

^Last season yes. This season he's been much better. Hard to know yet if it's due to improvement or just small sample size though. 11/25/2014 12:05:04 AM |

70% ft shooters are not going to cut it. Thats the kind of guy you hope to foul quickly after a rebound or trap or something. For us, thats the best we've got? 11/25/2014 12:08:52 AM |

We had 3-4 guys every season that shot 80%+ from the FT line when Herb was here. Lets bring him back so we can ice these games away. Whatta ya say!? 11/25/2014 7:49:59 AM |

Wood was clutch in late game situations, but Tyler can dribble the ball and shoot free throws at a high percentage. Even though he would've been rocking the bench most of this season he would been key in late game situations. I imagine your tone will change once we play the upper echelon in the ACC. I hope i'm wrong, but it seems like our players simply aren't good free throw shooters under pressure which is a must if a program wants to win championships.11/25/2014 11:26:32 AM |

Lewis shot 74% from the line. That's good, but it's not Scott Wood good. I also remember Tyler missing more than a couple when the game was on the line.
I wish him well -- I think Butler was the perfect place for him to transfer -- but I don't miss his inability to play defense or make 3's. That's all I'm saying about Tyler the rest of the year. 11/25/2014 12:21:27 PM |

i don't miss tyler lewis at all anywhere on the court. that'll change as soon as lacey or cat get hurt, but not until then.
and i was a tyler lewis fan, but cat/lacey is just so much bigger and better. 11/25/2014 9:32:37 PM |

Finally someone agrees with me. Tyler Lewis wad alright, but I couldn't stand him. I felt like his poor shooting and mistakes in our game last year is the tournament really showed who he was. He had like four or five consecutive creak plays so I'm glad we finally have reliable his in Cat and Lacey. 11/27/2014 2:13:05 PM |

Tyler Lewis was simply Kendall Marshall with less size and less athleticism. Any pass-first PG would have looked good with a scorer like Warren on their team. 11/27/2014 2:42:54 PM |
