Lacey has 3 fouls and 3 turnovers and all of them were bullshit offensive foul calls due to flopping

WV fouls on every possession and our guys still havent figured that out. Turner especially was naive as hell. He throws away two possessions every game by trying to do something without looking first.

With as bad as that half was, to be down only 9 isn't bad. We played fairly solid defense and if we can stop coughing up the ball every other trip down the court, we can bring it close. At some point, their fouls have to catch up to them too.

Truth. This is why teams don't trap anymore. Everyone that was scheduled to play them more than 2 hours ahead of time have no problem dealing with it.

west virginia is the best team in the nation at forcing turnovers. so i mean...maybe you can teach a JV high school team to break a press and exploit an over-aggressive D in one practice. but it's a little harder at the college level.

Teams that have a shitty press can be broken down easily. See: us whenever we try to do it or Tennessee a couple days ago.

When a team has been drilled into it and grabs on every play theyre a problem a la Louisville. When they aren't actually talented like this WV team you shouldn't be down 9 at halftime, though.
