There is no running through the ACC easily this year. It's a deep conference. Regular season winner will probably lose 3-4 games in conference if not more. UNC is probably the favorite, but they are inconsistent which will bite them a few times in conference play.

I think they are more injured than inconsistent. Paige is just getting going and Meeks returns on Saturday. They are absolutely loaded as well as experienced.

i was fortunate enough to attend the miami/fsu game today.

miami looks legit. tonye jekiri is such an amazing big, and might be one of the best in the ACC right now. him, angel rodriguez and sheldon mclellan make a great "big three" and i expect them to make noise in the conference as well as the big dance this year.

FSU was definitely overhyped early on in the season as being an acc dark horse. their outside shooting sucks and really most of their scoring comes from points in the paint. they can easily be shut down by a mediocre defense.

The ACC is tough this year. Other than BC, every team has the ability to knock off top-25 teams. Sucks as our team last year could have been something special this season.
