Yup, 9 am announcement most likely. A statement out before noon with the decision. The timeframe to move it has passed. This is a fail on the ACC and NCSU/ND for not seeing this coming and preparing honestly.

there's not a whole lot more they could've done, it's a pretty tough situation...the projections are continuing to change. no other NC teams have moved their games yet either. it's probably pretty dang hard to move the game time like that and they wouldn't wanna do it unless it was absolutely necessary, right? i'm not sure how other schools have handled similar situations...but, it seems like aside from outright postponing the game, there was too much still up in the air with the timeframe of the storm's arrival to know when to move the game. but i could be wrong about that...i don't track this stuff as closely as others do.

they have another conference call scheduled for thursday to re-assess.

i would think a rainy game would play to our benefit. ND's rush offense isn't great, passing is their strength. and our secondary is certainly our weakness defensively, so any rain could limit that. plus we can run the ball offensively just fine.
