I have a similar dilemma, I have Dak and Rodgers (SF), debating hitting the waver wire. I'd start Baker I think.

I have trouble seeing Cleveland doing anything other than letting Chubb and Hunt run wild on that defense. Miami's passing defense has tightened up considerably in the last few weeks (Aquib Talib working his IR magic), but they haven't done well against the run.

As much as I hate Thursday games, I'm going with Brissett over Mayfield and Darnold, hoping that getting TY back while losing Mack puts more emphasis on Brissett to carry the load.

Hmm, Dak on the road vs arguably the best defense in the league, or Baker at home vs arguably the worst defense in the league. Hmm, tough call...

^^ yeah the matchup obvi favors Baker, but Dak has a pretty nice floor and a much better passing unit overall, and NE's defense just got exposed against Baltimore.

Yeah, I switched at the last moment in one league to Darnold instead, but took Robby Anderson out of the lineup for Michael Gallup so that the combination couldn't hurt me but so bad if it went ugly. The Robby Anderson decision shouldn't hurt me unless Gurley puts up 26pts tonight.

In another league where I went with Brissett, I still need 5 points out of Cooks to win that matchup. If I hadn't overthought the matchup or just stayed away from Thursday night games line normal, I would have that matchup already won and wouldn't need the help of a guy coming off a nasty concussion.

Acknowledging that my QB situation isn't the greatest, who should I pick:

Gardner Minshew
Phillip Rivers
Will Grier (just picked him up)

Currently I've got Rivers starting and Minshew sitting cause the raiders have been bad and the falcons have been hot. But Grier is my real gamble in this situation. At the same misnhew is projected to outscore Rivers so there's that too

Worst fantasy format I've ever heard was a 2 QB league with a coach spot; coach's team wins, free 15 points. If they lost, it was minus 15. Pretty much single handedly determined who won each week
