According to that blurb, drivers are liable for any use of autopilot, improper or otherwise.

Tesla is selling an incomplete product and saddling consumers and bystanders with the liability.

I’ll be interested to see how this Twitter buy-out fiasco shakes out in court. The few times I’ve been on the periphery of contract disputes at work I was surprised at how unwilling both sides were to go to court despite having the kind of Fuck You money to get it done. Not Elon Musk or Twitter Corporate levels of Fuck You money though. Mostly it just amazes me what paying a small crew of Ivy League lawyer Dbags to sit in a room and brainstorm contract law loopholes can get you out of.
