Beat Stanford and Vandy at full strength. Then lost 3-1 to Vandy while half the team was in quarantine. Then got sent home.

I agree it was reckless and dumb and easily avoidable.

As I recall it, the reason most of our team didn't vax was because they didn't want to dela with the week+ long side effects of the vaccine mid-season, when the single-shot was developed and the second booster was available (iirc). That was at least the justification at the time.

Regardless, even if the media is took over with it, let's not let the past blind us from our current season. The way this team has meshed as of late is incredible. From losing the series vs Louisville -- one of the worst teams in the ACC -- to making it to Omaha, this team has grit.

Who was having week+ long side effects? Anyways there were plenty of opportunities to get da jab when we didn't have a midweek game, or splitting the roster up and doing 1/2 or 1/3 at a time. They chose not to do that and got to live with the consequences of their (in)action.
