Seems like every person in the world has a scale about murder from "this would devastate me" to "I don't condone but I don't really have any sympathy" to "please i applaud this murder"

We hope as a society that we all match PRETTY close so that we can have an agreed upon rule of law/morality, but of course there is plenty of variation, it shouldn't be that surprising. If it were Biden or trump or Putin I'm sure we would have seen similar reactions around the internet/world.

I know what a captive bolt gun is. I have never in my life heard of a veterinary pistol and am still skeptical that they are a thing. I sure have never met a vet who has one, and I'd be willing to bet i know more large animal vets than anyone else currently on this website

The initial reports say it looks like the gun jammed several times and he had to clear the jams. I would argue that it was instead some type of single shot pistol rather than a semi-auto.
