at the end jessica wants to see a mental health doctor, but nikki doesn't. It seemed like Jessica was planning something, and nikki doesn't want to do it.

i thought at the end (in the padded room) nikki was asking for God, and then Jessica came instead

^nikki wants the death penalty so her and jessica will die and can't cause anymore harm. if nikki/jessica is deemed crazy they will keep her alive, perhaps so she (jessica) can escape.

Radioactive guy escaped - they mention it to matt a few episodes back. The guy can obviously cloak things and make them invisible, so of course he has the ability to see those invisible things.

I'm not sure if nikki wanted to die, she was kind of surprised when the lawyer brought up capital punishment. I think that she wanted to be locked up for a long time so she could get a handle on Jessica. she loves her son too much just to let her self die "let me hug, him my son needs me" then she snaps the baton like a twig. no, she knows the if she is declared insane she'll be transferred to a mental institution, Jessica will take control, breakout and be a big problem

In the end before Peter blows up, why dosent his brother fly him off away from the explosive guy? Its simple; HE CANT SEE HIM. The cloaking guy has Peter invisible and therefore, no one can help Peter. Thats why hes laughing. Now why would the cloaking guy want to blow up the city? Linderman perhaps?

so i just got around to watching monday's episode tonight and thought it was really good for what it was. kind of tying off loose ends and setting everything up for everyone to be together. I think that the invisible man is important because i think he'll be the catalyst that gets everything to the point where peter blows up.

Peter is scared about his fate, as shown by his desire to get away from civilization and go to the desert. In the process he meets a man that can control his power at a far greater level than anyone he has met. Peter desides that it would be better for him to learn to control his power, rather than run for it. Meanwhile, crazy geico caveman guy is harnessing his power, and seems to want some retrebution. As Peter learns to control his powers, he finds that his powers actually allow him to absorb the powers of others, it just seems as though he shared them because he didn't have control. Eventually the heros find out about crazy caveman guy, and go to stop him. Peter's ability to control his power, and his obcession with his role in saving the world, makes him reckless and he desides that the bomber can be stopped by Peter absorbing, and controling, his power. However, ultimately, he cannot control it and subsequently blows up the city.

One thing that really stands out to me about this show is that the characters, at least up to this point, cannot seem to change their fate, or the future, which is what their ultimate goal is. No matter how hard he tried, Hero could not save the waitress, and even though Peter went to stop Sylar, the paintings of the event still came true. It seems that, once again, peter believes that by knowing the future he can change it, but ultimately it will not matter. of course, if he does really blow up, along with everyone else, the show won't be on much longer.

IMO Eden killed herself to keep Sylar from absorbing her powers. He needed to get inside her brain to see what was wrong with her or in his words "how to fix things" thus learning how to use their power, so instead of letting that happen, she splattered her brains and thus Sylar could not detect and grasp her powers.

I don't think Peter is the one that blows up. If you remember one of the first episodes where he had a dream where he thought HE WAS FLYING, when in actuality it was his brother (I'm not sure if they ever showed this dream or not, just the one where Petrelli crashd his car with the wife in it).

Also if you watch the 5min wireless video, at the end Hana tells the radioactive caveman that "she can find them and that he can blow them up". In reference to the people who "did this to them" via some mysterious needle.

the only reason I would think simone has a power is because she is on the all the promotional images for the show (where EVERY OTHER person has a power). You don't see audrey or other 'normal' people on the images.
