great show! War memorial was much smaller venue than i was expecting, i was probably 20 yards from the stage....

highlighted songs:

cherub rock
hummer (personal fav)
today
tonight tonight
1979 (billy acoustic solo)
bullet with butterfly wings
This one goes out to the one i love (REM cover)

overall show had a lot of energy, corgan was very interactive with the crowd.

Explosions in the sky however left a LOT to be desired. They seriously played one long song...i can see why people would like them, but honestly they just sounded like a couple guys jamming in a garage somewhere. Not the best band to get the crowd excited IMO (after the 3rd "song" it was obvious all their songs are composed the EXACT same way).

The show was still well worth the money. Thanks to the pumpkins for coming to NC again after Asheville.

in my opinion, the highlight was opening with 'where boys fear to tread'. i was really hoping to hear 'let me give the world to you' but ive got no complaints.

Haha, I thought EitS was great, but I'm a fan of their stuff.

The crowd energy and Billy's good mood made this a fun show. I was glad I got to hear WBFTT and Set the Ray to Jerry.

Good show, but certainly nothing like the shows at the Orange Peel. I suppose this tour is for a different audience with a different agenda. Lots of their radio singles, only 1 new and unreleased song (Home). Highlight was definitely Where Boys Fear to Tread (in only its fourth playing this tour)

wow. what an awesome 1-2 punch to start it off.

oh, and <3 EITS. i know some people don't "get it," and that's fine. I understand why some just don't like it.
