The Office is as good as it's been since season 2. The New Girl is better than it's ever been. This episode wasn't great, but it wasn't horrible either. It's only 1 episode back, it's far too early to tell if it's fallen off completely or just having a slow start. 2/9/2013 12:04:05 AM |

That was a pretty good episode of Saved by the Bell.
When the best thing in a TV episode is the idea (but not the execution) of a tag with Luke Perry and Jennie Garth, you're in trouble. 2/22/2013 1:54:34 PM |

I only laughed once... it was pretty bad. But when they have Troy with Britta they are going to have some of these third wheel episodes. Might as well throw some weird Annie/Jeff character plot in as the B plot, just to get it over with. They could have completely canned the C plot with Pierce and Shirley.

That episode was okay in general, but it's very obvious that the new crew has been told not to go too far down the rabbit hole with the homages. Sucked all the life out of this one. 3/7/2013 10:57:56 PM |

MacGuffin Institute. LOL.
Always love a Garrett appearance.
RENT MEMENTO!
The Grizzly Man bit was really good.
Using New Radicals was SUPER Scrubs-y. I'm sure that was the idea, but I don't know how I feel about it.
That was the most "classic Community" episode of the season, but still doesn't stand up to things like the previous doc episode (Pierce in hospital). 3/14/2013 10:59:59 PM |

Of course. It's very obvious where they've been directed to go. With that said, I'm going to watch all the episodes, because it's worth 22 minutes of my week to enjoy the few good gags that are there. 3/16/2013 11:33:19 AM |

This show has undeniably fallen off.
I believe their call out to it was in the Inspector Spacetime episode, during which they mentioned, in reference to "inspector spacetime" something like "the attraction of the show is that it doesn't talk down to their audience or over explain complex references".
RIP community, you will be missed. 3/25/2013 10:37:00 AM |

I think the fact that they were the only new episode of a show on prime time last Thursday competing with March Madness, leads me to believe that they are just trying to roll through the remaining episodes and be done with the show. Reminds me of the treatment that "Don't Trust the B**** in Apt 23" got. 3/25/2013 12:03:52 PM |

The most egregious "grind through these episodes" I can think of is Arrested Development.
They doubled up on episodes at least once during season three, and then ran the last four episodes all on the same night with a RERUN of Prison Break. 3/25/2013 1:43:25 PM |
