Correct me if I'm wrong but the worst that can come from the criminal charges is a $2,500 fine, right?

Just because its CRIMINAL CHARGES doesn't mean it's worse than what Suarez got. And I don't understand why the FA didn't deal out their own punishment anyways. Are they going to do anything themselves?


I keep reading stuff about criminal charges meaning the end of his international career too. Why? I can see losing the captaincy but why would it mean he's done with England for good?

yeah, he has 3 options:

1. Say he won't appeal at all, ban takes effect immediately.
2. Appeal, ban is postponed until case is heard.
3. Just wait out the 14 days, when ban takes effect.

Just watched the Man U highlights, gotta say those were some nice goals. The Giggs one was excellent, 99% of players in the EPL would have tried to blast. Berbatov's was great just because after he does it, he walks off like nothing happened in his typical nonchalant way. I still hate Man U though

Glad Arsenal was able to pull that out, what an ugly game. A win is a win though...

An announcer said they missed 4 of 5, all from different players. So 4 missed penalties in 17 games is very likely worst.
