Don't worry he didnt have to schedule some huge tv show this time around it was already done for him except this time so much bigger. He obviously plans to announce where he is taking his talents on the field at halftime of the world cup final.

Lebron back to Cleveland.

Have to say that I'm a little surprised. Thought he'd stick with Miami for another year or two.

Will be interesting to see how the dominoes fall now.

Why are people laughing at McRoberts...was Charlotte going to match Miami's offer?? Serious question...I don't know the details of that transaction.

Can't really laugh at a mediocre player going for the biggest contract he'll probably ever get.

So in the end Wade is really gonna be the one who got fucked unless Miami pulls some good will bullshit and offers to pay him what he would have made if he hadnt opted out.

James must either really want to bring a title to Cleveland or just really want to be back at home. Otherwise this just makes no sense, if he gets one title in Cleveland he will be lucky. Maybe having won the 2 has satisfied him enough as far as making sure he isnt one of those guys who never won a title. If he had any thoughts however of getting to Kobe or Jordan levels this is most likely a terrible idea. Guess we will see!

He acknowledges the Cavs as being a ways off in the SI article, but that he is looking toward being a leader and role model for the kids in Ohio. Kind of an interesting take to hear from him about it.

i'd be interested in knowing whether having won the finals, or even having not amnestied mike miller would have changed anything? we'll probably never know though.

Houston has to get rid of Lin and like 2 other players to be able to clear space for Bosh. And with the offer from the Mavs that Houston would have to match, it's nearly impossible. I guess if Bosh, Parsons, Howard and Harden are the only 4 players on the team, yes the technically can get both.

bron bron + kyrie + wiggins? > anything the heat could have put together

so lets say the cavs then trade waiters, thompson/bennett and some draft picks for love.

that team is way better than anything involving chris bosh and dwayne wade.

You are talking about a bunch of younger guys with no playoff experience. Lebron obviously makes any team a playoff team and getting to the finals in the east isnt exactly hard, but any team from the west right now is still gonna be favored. You are correct though the heat were gonna have a hard time putting together anything much better I suppose. In the end, whatever team can convince the most guys to take less money than they could make on the free market is gonna be in the drivers seat and lets face it Cleveland is gonna have a hard time getting that to happen.

I would be shocked if Cleveland doesn't win the East. LJ is so much better than he was when he previously took them to the Finals. They'll probably add Love at the expense of Wiggins.

They would certainly put up a fight vs OKC or SA in the Finals.

With LeBron going to Cleveland today, they are now the number 1 team in the east; likely going to the finals. But if they add Love, the have to be the favorite to win it all. I'm not saying the do win, because anything can happen. But Cleveland will be a better team than the Heat were last year, and the Spurs haven't done anything in particular to get better (other than the role players are a year older and better, but the older players are a year older and possibly worse off). Same thing after the Heat won 2 years ago. They didn't make any moves to get better and they didn't keep up in the league and that's why they lost last year. Younger players got better, but all the role players were old and they didn't fare as well with that extra year under their belt.

you not watch the Finals?

it's pretty clear that they're gonna go after Love now, and Irving and Love >>>> Bosh and whatever is left of Wade

the Cavs also have the Heats 1st round pick that they got in the Lebron deal in 2010. they're in a much better position than the Heat currently are

Not really. Instead of a 2/20mil, he'll get something like 4/15mil...which will end up being a lot better. It will allow them to sign a better player[s]...and no way was he going to get close to 20 mil after those first two seasons. And if he took the 2/20mil...he'd forever get blamed for Lebron not coming back.

So now he gets 60mil over four years...and he's still revered in Miami.

Quote :

I can guarantee he's happier making more money (and no income tax) for a shitty team in Miami...than making less money for another shitty team in shitty Charlotte.

its top 10 protected though, so the heat could rest wade, tank the season and draft Jahlil in 2015
