i found online a natural anti-septic spray using apple cidar vinegar and water in a spray bottle - i used to use it on the dog's ears in the summer when his allergies acted up and it seemed to cool the itchy spots. i dont know how well it worked but it might be worth looking into.

They do. They're open 8-12, so if still nothing once she goes out again this evening and she doesnt start showing any emergent symptoms over night I'm taking her first thing in the morning.
