An older lady came into the store and wanted to reduce her minutes. I asked her why her minutes were so high in December and she tells me her husband died. Next thing I know shes in tears and I'm feeling like a jackass. her husband was a pretty awesome dude too. Can't imagine going from doing everything with someone to being alone. She said some days she doesn't say a word because she lives alone. Maybe I should adopt her as my grandma, even though I already have 3.
