When I'm stuffed up I boil a little pot of water and add some teaspoons of vapor rub to the water, throw a towel over my head and try to breathe through my nose. Over and over until there's progress.

I'm going to break up with my boyfriend in the morning I love him and it's going to break my heart, but it's not fair to me to put up with his wishy washy bullshit. I've cried way too much over his lack of care. He wants a girlfriend who is there when he needs her, but he wants her to disappear when he doesn't...and that's just not who I am. I am going to hate to lose my best friend, but I've prayed over this and talked to my mom and it just seems like the best thing to do.
