That's because the only way they can declare martial law is to go through Congress. They needed a way to do essentially the same thing, just with a different name.

Actually, now that I think about it, that doesn't sound right. I thought the President could declare martial law. I'm pretty sure that's how they explained it a week or two ago, though.

Tony cannot be dead. He's been there from the beginning, along with Jack, and when he dies, he will have a much bigger, cooler, accomplishing death. Not to mention they didn't do the silent clock...Tony would deserve that 10x more than Edgar!

but then when i clicked on the link to the site after i posted it on here, the whole article was gone and it said "TONY IS ALIVE"... then i refreshed it and it was back to normal, saying "deceased"




now, just after I typed this out, it has the normal article, with his status as "alive"
