I've down awful this week, may have even gained a pound or two. I'm n vacation mode, have hardly exercised and not watching what I eat as closely as normal. I'm sort of taking a break and I know it's just a break. I'm not off the bandwagon or losing hope, just relaxing, going out a lot with friends before I go out of town for two weeks and generally too busy to eat snacks. I know the week I get back I'll be hardcore again. It's crazy.32lbs. by July.This thread isn't over though!!!!!

I'm slowly getting back into the game. Been working out a lot and eating healthy again. It seems my issues right now are 1) around 9pm I get crazy hungry and eat everything in my path until i'm grossly bloated and 2) I have no goal since I don't know how much weight I should lose and july has come and gone. October is my next big trip, a wedding in costa Rica. I want to look hot so that can me my next motivator. I aven't seen the scale go down in like three weeks, I'm sure once I see it go down steadily again I'll be more motivated.Any tips or suggestions? anything motivating really helps believe it or not!
