Yup, I can't eat a lot of foods (gluten free, temporarily low sugar and HFCS free) but if it's cheap enough my roommates, boyfriend, brother, parents, or residents of the women's shelter will probably be happy to get it.

Yesterday there was a coupon for 1/2 Wolfgang Puck broths. They are bogo this week at Harris Teeter. They are awesome to cook with especially the organic chicken.

if you get "valpak" in the mail (w/ all the restaurant coupons in it) there is a coupon for $.50 off Coke Zero, Powerade Zero and some toher drink.

Coke Zero @ HT is $1.49 so w/ the $.50 coupon tripled, it was free.

I got my ValPak in the mail yesterday (I already knew about the coupon so I was careful to not throw it away w/ all the other junk mail).

yeah i got the coupon right here. it's for coke zero, vitamin water, or powerade ion4 - whatever that is.

i ordered a bunch of 75/2 powerade coupons and they should be here by tomorrow or friday. but since these qs make them free, i'm guessing there will be no powerade zero to be had by the time the qs get here. it's my own stupid fault for waiting so long to buy them.

since triples is for a week this time, they will probably be restocking more than just once during triples

Call and ask when HT gets their trucks in...sometimes its late Friday night and you can shop while they are stocking the shelves and get everything you need

I'd give you my powerade coupons but I used them during the last triples.

so do you regularly give your VIC at the end when the cashier is done ringing the groceries? i wasn't sure if they'd do this for me if i asked. i am curious to know my totals before any savings and then after VIC and qs.

So this week they have Purina Dog Chow BOGO, last time they did this they were out and I got a raincheck. Now how does this work....could I use the rain check and get both for free?

^I don't think since HT rings up BOGO free @ half price that would work

Purina is on sale BOGO free. 2/$3. Each one would ring up $1.50. (i actually don't know the sale price...i'm just guessing for this situation)

2 Purina Dog $3.00
-BOGO free
So you'd end up paying $1.50/2

if the raincheck is at a place where BOGO free is truly BOGO free, then that would work. B/C one Purina would ring up @ $3 and the other would ring up $0. And the raincheck would make both free.

at least that's how I understand it.

I just got home from harris teeter

I left because there was no point at all in continuing to shop: everything was picked over.

I found out when the truck comes in, though, and the manager was kind enough to tell me when everything should be re-stocked by

I have never posted on here but I have checked it a million times. I started couponing after reading this a few months ago. The best time to go to Harris Teeter for triples is 2 in the morning! Almost everything is restocked its awesome! Anyway I went this morning and purchased....

1 box of Cinnamon chex
3 boxes of honey nut chex
2 boxes of frosted mini wheats
3 betty crocker cookie mixes
2 betty crocker frostings
Angel soft 4 rl
Charmin big rl
cascade gel
409
niagra starch
5 sargento cheeses
3 ht brand hams
and 3 ht brand cheese

total before vic and coupons = 98.19
total after = 26.28

the ht cheese and meats are buy 1 get two free! The only crappy thing is they had no turkey.
I am going to have cheese and cereal for months. My boyfriend and I have been to the Teet three times already for triples and we are going again after I get off of work tonight. Good luck to all!

I have been to HT during the day, in the afternoon, and at night during triples and each time I went they were mostly fully stocked so either I have been lucky or they just do a bang up job of restocking shelves.

Ok guys, here's a really good deal that is going FAST....

If you like shredded wheat, go to Harris Teeter. They have the little blinky coupon machine for $1 off all flavors of Kellogg's Shredded Wheat. Combine that with Harris Teeter's "buy 1 get one free" deal!

That's not all!!!! If you buy four boxes (getting another four free), you will get three coupons each for any brand/flavor of 1 gallon of milk..... AND a rebate form to send to Kellogg's to get a $10 cash card.

this post is golden. you can thank me later.

P.S. My cashier tried to horde my coupons for free milk but I ratted her out to customer service. I hope her ass gets fired.
