That game was an exact replica of the braves' season....great pitching, no offense whatsoever, and shitty defense. Posey was definitely out at second, but what are you going to do, our offense just didn't show up tonight, regardless if it was against lincecum. If we don't step up tomorrow, this series is definitely over

^^ yep it is clear that Posey is 5 or 6 times better than Heyward after watching ONE FUCKING GAME

Thoughts on last night's game:

1. Need instant replay in baseball, bad call in all three games that directly led to runs. That shit is unacceptable in the playoffs especially in a 5 game series.

2. Braves defense is horrible. Infante's ball on the run scoring hit by Ross should have been ruled an error. Can we put Derek Lee at 3B and let Hinske play first?

3. Why the hell did Cox start Diaz over Cabrera? One thing Melky has going is a ton of playoff experience. Plus Diaz versus Lincecum was a horrible matchup.

4. Why did Cox not have Heyward bunting in the 1st inning after Infante's double. I guess he was playing for the "big" inning, which for the Braves means scoring more than 1 run. You know you are not getting many chances against Lincecum.

5. Lincecum is an ugly mother fucker. Use some of that money to fix your teeth Big Time Timmy Jim.

6. The bullpen was outstanding last night. Venters, Kimbrel, and Wagner should be the only ones that come in though. Fuck a match-up, let those guys pitch regardless of the righty-lefty situation.

7. Braves sent 30 hitters to the plate for the game, 14 struck out. Nice.

Hopefully Hanson can pull a Harvey Haddix and pitch a 12 inning no hitter. That seems like the Braves only chance to win a fucking game thanks to this joke of a lineup.

I say screw it and put Chipper at 3B with a bum knee and put Hinske at first, move Infante back over to 2nd. It would be better than the line-up we have now. I know Conrad has had some clutch hits this year, but that guy just looks lost out there.

Posey was out a 2nd, but would it really have made a difference? The way the Braves were hitting the ball (or lack there of), we would have never scored. I feel sorry for our pitchers, especially Hanson who is going tonight. Its rare we ever get him any run support.

Batting average- Heyward=.277 Posey=.305...adv posey
Slugging- Heyward=.456 Posey=.505...adv posey
Homeruns- Heyward=18 Posey= 18 and he played 34 less games!...adv posey
RBIs- Heyward-72 Posey=67. Heyward played in 34 more games and only 5 more RBIs...adv posey

Posey also managed one of the best staffs in baseball while Heyward was standing in right field.
