so LOFT sent me an email - tons of stuff marked down as low as $15. i ended up getting a dress, 2 pairs of shoes, and 1 cardigan for $116 including shipping and tax. everything would have been priced around $350-400 total before the mark downs

I've been having the same problem cass, I keep getting breakouts. I never had them like this growing up. I'd have the ocassional one to two pimples....particularly on big occassions like prom. But now, as soon as one set clears up, another starts! I think its my birth control....

I don't know if I've said it on here before but I used to get terrible cystic acne and also just regular little blemishes, my doctor said it was just puberty but it continued into my 20s and just never stopped no matter what I did.

Then I read somewhere about the natural hormones in cows milk and its effect on acne so I took cow's milk out of my diet (skim, organic, no added hormones) and started drinking soy and then almond milk and my acne cleared, pretty much almost immediately.

^^ i stopped drinking milk months ago and i still get the cystic acne. i actually don't really consume any dairy anymore - and my healthy eating and water intake couldn't be better.

i was the same and i suspect mine might be my birth control which i switched to last March. i really don't want to switch again because a) i've been on a lot of different birth controls in the last year and it's a pain in the butt, b) i like this birth control because i barely get a period, c) i really like this birth control because it doesn't mess with my cortisol levels, and d) i get the birth control at a discount because the pharma company that makes it is a client and loves me lots so i got a discount card to use until they say so.

I'm not on birth control and have lots of acne, but I think it's because I'm allergic to dust and dust mites. The cat likes to sleep under the bed (dust and dust mite central) and then paw at my face or lay on top of it to wake me up.

The clearsil moisturizer doesn't seem to be helping to control it. I need a super light moisturizer for the winter.

Jason Wu has designed for Michelle Obama...he's more of a household name than Missoni (a fashion household at least hah). Wimmens will go nuts.

Almond milk is SO good - i get it in the boxed containers because i can store it in the pantry until i need to open it. it's much cheaper than buying the refrigerated kind.

^I thought long and hard about the black dress with the nude belt, but my tits are big and there's no way in hell I can squeeze them into an XL...if they had an XXL I'd be money. (I can do an XL bottom, but no way in the top unless its like a jersey material or something)

Very rarely do I find "fitted" clothing that fits both my top and bottom half. Being a 36D and 5 feet tall makes my dimensions fairly close to an oompa loompa. But for some reason I never give up hope haha

yeah, i was pissed off that there was absolutely no plus size offering. at least the kitty shirt would have been easy to make, and the pussy bow t-shirts.


I ended up with the black and cream bag and the navy scarf. i wanted the blue floral but it got dropped from my cart as i was checking out

if anyone finds an extra floral bag i'd buy it!!




then i went and splurged on some clearance IGIGI stuff i found in a british boutique. pants to match the suit top i got for a song at another boutique, two hot summer dresses and the purple bolero to match the dress i'll wear to my aunt's wedding in may... I'm gonna be ready for warm weather, just gotta tough it out another 3 months
