Do you go in expecting them to be rude? You could sound confrontational and not be aware of it. I've only been there like 3 times in the last few years but its never been any worse than any other fast food joint. I try to be extremely polite when I get fast food because its obvious that 16 year olds who work for for $7/hr 12 hours per week don't give a fuck about making french fries or how you feel about the quality of service.

one of those muscle milk ready to drink things. I had just finished a great workout and got one from the vending machine at the gym. I never had one before and thought what the heck, I'll go for it! So I took it to work, and it was awful. I choke down as much as I could so I could feel justified for spending the money.

I added some unsweetened cocoa powder my cowoker had in the kitchen but it was sooooo bad.

ah, I've never had those

I used to drink a couple whey protein shakes a day, and cookies and cream powder mixed with milk wasn't bad, but the chocolate was pretty terrible.

Wow, the Muscle Milks I have always had were REALLY good, like a milkshake. Especially the chocolate mint. I only ever had them once in awhile though when they were on some crazy sale or something because they have all kinds of crap in them and they are super expensive compared to making my own at home.
