Did a little diggin. 866 MY-TICKET is the number for Ticket Return and 919-865-1510/ 800-310-PACK are the numbers for the nc state ticket office but they are closed tomorrow. go figure.

i would say try calling ticket return, some companies are open tomorrow. But i can't imagine that you would get someone at the ticket office or athletics.

It begins at 3 am on the 15th, which was Sunday and ends at 11:59 monday, and with monday being a holiday I doubt things will be fixed

not to mention with the old tickets, we always got the coupons on the back, not that I ever used them, but they were there if I wanted to

so yeah, just got back into town from a vacation...I will read what I've missed (and the literally 46 PMs I've gotten) early in the morning and reply to them all...

hopefully we can work this out...because the message I got about the software was that they experience major problems last week, and it was beyond teh control of Athletics

PLEASE READ THIS SO YOU DON'T FLIP OUT FOR NO REASON!!!

Your accounts say "penalized" for the ASU and GT game, but you didn't actually have points taken away (ie, those games are not going toward the lottery system and affecting your chances...your chances are the same as if it says you went to the game)

so, hang in there, they're working on it.......let's put it this way, the info was passed on to people in Student Senate on Friday but they didn't pass it out to the students so that's why everyone's so pissed off

I just logged in, but it's the same as yesterday. It shows in "Your Tickets" that I requested one, but there's no yellow link to claim in "Claim/Request Tickets".

^^^^because it is just a program, it does what you tell it to do. all we can do at this point is take his word that it wasn't taken into account.

and if it let you request a ticket as part of a group and it says you are penalized, then it wasn't taken into account. Because if you have been penalized, then you aren't allowed to join a group.

^At this point, it seems that it should say that you were selected if you won a ticket.

Woohoo . . . I have a ticket, now just if i could claim it.
