Think I've lost, because magically Urlacher went from 10 tackles with 5 minutes to go to 19 at the end of the game...BAH!

Even with 3 TD's the Bear's D wasn't enough to help me.

Ok get this...I had a one point lead going into tonight. He had no one playing. I repeat. He had no one playing so I had already won. I have Grossman and Berrian playing tonight so i'm thinking, hey, grossman has the 5th most points of anyone in the league so I can gain some major points tonight. I lose by one point b/c grossman has 5 turnovers. Anyone else had this happen to them?

^ yahoo fantasy football gives you negative pts for fumbles, ints

you rarely see a QB get negative points because his yardage cancels such points out, but grossman had such a horrible night he ended up with negative pts

Another decent 3-1 week.

Facetious Ferrets 6-0 (78-69) My worst week yet, but glad I played a guy with 5 zero's (3 byes, 2 sucked)
Unstable Isotopes 4-2 (83-65) Good job, everyone.
Tropically Depressed 2-4 (218.78-314.78) I did well, but can't compete with 314. Nobody's gone above 270 in 5 weeks.
Ravaging Storms 3-3 (122-82) Great game from a team I was starting to hate.

5-1, finally got my first loss.

Play with defensive players and mine didn't show up.

Despite LT, McNabb, Branch, and the Bear's D/ST, I lost by 8.

Starting to wish we didn't carry defensive players, Urlacher killed me.

congrats, eventual champion.

1) Now post a message saying that all or some of those are on the trading block.

2) Recieve trades for other positions that will better your team.

3) screw them over and build a dynasty.

Thinking about trading Travis Henry.

I had Chris Brown and saw he was back so I picked him up and he's put up big numbers. Does anyone expect him to keep this up?

I'm working on a trade to get Chester Taylor, and if in fact I get him I'll have to decide between dropping Henry or Jones-Drew.

My only two QBs in one league are Bulger and Grossman (start 2).

Both are off this week.

I put in a claim for Damon Huard, and I should get him. There are ZERO other starting QBs on the FA list. Should I try to move one of my current guys for another starter that has already had a bye and is a comparable player?

PRiv of course.

Just look at the numbers. KC has one of the worst pass defenses in the league, giving up deep TD's to Leinart and Roethlisberger over the last 2 weeks. Oakland statistically has one of the best pass defenses in the league, for whatever reason.

that's what i was thinking, but also wasn't sure if edge couldn't do anything again rendering the pass as the card's only weapon

shit, i got andre johnson against the jaguars

bu I'm thinkin the texans will be down, forcing them to throw more leading to a decent amount of yards for johnson

the alternative is nate burleson

^^agreed.

Always play studs with pretty difficult matchups over in-betweeners who have good matchups.

Both Jones-Drew and Lefty may have great games, but How can you ever sit the #1 player in all of fantasy football right now in McNabb?

If you must take a Jaguar, go with Jones-Drew.

but still, I would start Parker and McNizzle.

Can play 3 WR's, trying to decide which 3.

Currently in:
Marvin Harrison vs. Was
Andre Johnson vs. Jax
Deion Branch vs. Minn

Bench:
Chris Chambers vs. GB
Reggie Brown @ TB
Randy Moss vs. Ari

I'm playing McNabb so I don't like playing duo's so I might avoid Reggie this week despite his great week last week(when I had to play him )

It's a good situation to be in I guess, but it's hard to tell which ones are going to have the best games.

opinions of this trade:

I give Toomer and LJ Smith and get Tiki Barber and Troy Williamson. Also, what about Julius Jones instead of Barber?

I have Colston and I can play him at tight end for the rest of the time. The Vikes play a lot of poor pass defense teams from now on.

he is stacked at RB. He has westbrook, julius jones, barber, ladell betts. He needs receivers. We can play 2 RB

Accept or Reject this?

I would get:
Fred Taylor
Rex Grossman

I would lose:
Thomas Jones
Drew Brees

*My usual starting QB is E. Manning, so Brees/Grossman would be my usual back-up.

Not sure about T. Jones vs. F. Taylor. Definitely leaning towards rejecting it and keeping T. Jones and Brees. I think Maurice Jones-Drew ends up starting over Taylor in a week or two.

pick either 2 RB's and 3 TE/WR or 3 RB's and 2 TE/WR

no points for receptions

^Good point. I'm actually debating whether or not to start Burress or Reggie Williams myself.

I really like Williams' matchup, but Eli is my QB so a Burress TD means Eli TD as well.

Thoughts?

(My other two WR's that I plan on starting are Steve Smith and Darrell Jackson)
