Word!

Working out wont be a problem, it's the dieting that sucks and that's 90% of it all.

^Way to go!

so I hate veggies but realize I need to eat more. what are some good ways to introduce veggies to your tastebuds without doing much work. I'd prefer no to cook them, just eating them as they are with maybe one additive to create a better taste. Any ideas?

Ranch isn't necessarily healthy. But I bet even just a tiny bit would make it taste a thousand times better.

What can I do with zucchini? Eggplant? does spinach taste good in a salad mixed in with other greens?

i like to grill zuchinni, eggplant and red onion on the foreman, put it on half a toasted whole wheat/grain roll, put just a little low-fat mozzerella on top, and put a little bit of pesto sauce (or whatever sauce you like) on the bun. yum yum.

either one uncooked has almost no taste IMO

Your taste pubs might love ranch

you dont need to enjoy everything that you eat

zucchini, squash, and eggplant are rather tasty when seasoned with spices and pan seared in olive oil.

right now I'm really hungry as I am every night but trying not to eat anything. WTF? I'm craving fried greasy food too. what does that mean? Besides the fact that I want to be a fatty

Yes! Be careful with dressings on salads too. You're using too much if there's a puddle of it left on the dish when the salad is gone.

The trainer has taught me how to lift weights correctly and the different routines I can do to gain muscle. He's also kept me motivated to continue this weight loss path when it felt hopeless.
