not really much to say there.

I am not impressed with Bulger at all to this point, and he is going to get raped next week against Dallas without S-Jax.

Again...not terrible, but at this point, not a great move either.

Yeah. I'm really worried about his O-line but at this point I figured I had about 7 capable RB's and I'd rather throw a struggling Bulger out there than Sexy Rexy.. especially with Garrard on bye this week

I'm thinking Pennington vs Bills would be a better choice than Kitna vs Bears next week.

Opinions?

So who is the biggest bust so far this season?

Marc Bulger
Lee Evans
Drew Brees
Steven Jackson
Larry Johnson
L.T.
Maroney
Other

I think Jackson would have to be so far but he had good yardage the last game but I fear the rest of the season for him and anyone who owns him. LJ was a risk drafting. LT hasn't done much against tough defenses but is still scoring some points. WR wise Evans blows balls and has to be biggest bust for me.

I was just wrong on this one.

What an Idiot I am for thinking Brees would get one fucking point, lol.

Dont make me go back through the thread and show how many times I was actually right.

that was arguably the worst game ever for Brees.

4 INTS and a fumble!

what an idiot you are for starting him.

Thank you Drew Brees for helping me win tonight.

I'm feeling better each week knowing that I traded LT for Palmer and Maroney. This was my worst week, and I still won by 29 or so. On to week 4.

ha ha I kicked ass this week in both my leagues. Thank you Tony Romo, Brady, Boldin, and Barber III.

Plus I just picked up Brian Leonard and am going to try and pawn him off on a poor S-Jax owner.

"Marc Bulger-QB-Rams Sep. 24 - 9:42 pm et

Rams coach Scott Linehan revealed Monday that Marc Bulger is playing through two broken ribs.

Bulger also has a sore knee, but will start against the Cowboys in Week 4. Despite their struggles in the passing game so far, the Rams are likely to throw more while Steven Jackson recuperates from a partially torn groin.

Well i think i will throw in the towel in this one league, I am 1-2 in this league and 3-0 in my other but this teams is shot:

Marc Bulger - Semi Injured
Deuce Mcalister - maybe out for the year.
Brandon Jacobs - Injured
Andre Johnson - Injured (maybe 3-5 weeks one website said)
Lee Evans - Has done squat so basically injured
Vernon Davis - Out a few weeks
Denver Def - Getting scored on regularly

My Back Ups
Leinhart - Benched
Cotchery - So/So
V Jackson - Finally started playing
Brandon Jackson- Splitting carries and may lost job
Jerious Norwood - Needs Dunn to get injured and Atlanta to start playing offense.
Green Bay Def - Okay but not great
D Foster - Only positive note about the team.

Hopefully the saints use the bye week to fix their OL. I fear that that some other douchebag might steal goal line carries from Bush in the future.

damn. that hurts.

On another note, until the team officially anounces that Duece is done, hold off on dropping him.

These "sources" are often wrong and tend to overdo their initial reports.

Ha ha some fool in one of my leagues just accepted this trade:

I get: Steve Smith (the good one of course)

He gets: Brian Leonard and Lee Evans

This guy has S-Jax and Jacobs so I took the opportunity to let him know that his best RB next week would be Carnell Williams (he also has Dunn or someone shitty like that on his bench). I know Lee Evans will eventually get going, but I couldn't believe he took this deal.

I now have great depth at QB (Romo, Eli, Philip) and WR (Smith, Boldin, V-Jax, Holmes, Marshall) and am okay at RB (LT, D.Ward, Barber III, Lynch, and Betts). Plus I have the Raven DEF. We start 2 QBs, 3 WRs, 2 RBs, 1 TE, and one flex.

I am setting myself up for a championship run

Any merit in giving Aaron Stecker a try? Will he get any goal line carries for New Orleans? (assuming New Orleans can even get in the red zone lol!)

^ If you are honestly looking for vulture TDs, you might as well go with Droughns over Stecker.

Other than maybe Bush, I cannot imagine starting any Saint player until they show some serious improvement on offense or maybe have a very favorable matchup.

is garcia worth starting this week against carolina? obviously i hope he sucks, but what i hope for and what actually happen don't always coincide. the 'thers made harrington look like dan marino, so i can only imagine what garcia and galloway might do. thoughts?

^^[No] Jackson isn't much better than Gore, he's out this week, and St. Louis's line is banged up.

^I like Garcia in general. Don't know who else you got though.

^^keep an eye on Delhomme

my best QB so far this year (Garrard) has a bye this week...Brees sucks and has a bye this week...Leinhart sucks

if Delhomme doesn't play I think Carr could be a decent starter...at least based on my leagues' waiver wires

Although I might play Alex Smith in one league...he's only thrown 1 TD this year since they like to feed Gore and Vernon Davis hasn't really shown up yet, but Seattle's defense is still in the bottom 5 for passing yards allowed (even though they picked off Palmer a couple times last week)
