I wonder if people realize what it actually takes to find, splice, and insert old footage into a live or even pre-recorded broadcast.

Why is it so necessary to turn 1/6th of the economy into the United States government, which has not showered itself with glory.
O'Reilly: So you don't think he's Satan, but you think he's mismanaging the country at this point.
Dobbs: I think, absolutely.

What world are you living in?
Obama just dipped below a %50 approval rating in two major polls... he is losing ground on almost every single issue out there. I mean shit, who knows what is going to happen in the next three years, but to call any nominee a "sacrificial lamb" is borderline idiotic, or at best delusional.11/26/2009 10:32:29 AM |

this is still 2009 and the economy is looking to have stabilized and as the economy improves so will his numbers, plus as he makes a decision on afghanistan it will improve plus there is no way he will not get a second term, people do not like to switch unless someone screws up really bad, and obama has not come close to that
polls right now are meaningless 11/26/2009 11:20:31 AM |

^^ Clinton and reagan were both around the same level at this point in their presidencies.
Most economists are predicting the unemployment rate to start dropping towards the end of next year and the subsequent year (which is where a lot of Obama’s poll losses are coming from). If Obama can get Gitmo closed next year, and have healthcare reform pass, I predict his polls will rise on those items too. The stimulus spending is going to start kicking in more too next year as well.
Obama is FAR from out of the game. And especially when you consider that the GOP is floundering too, with the religious-right-conservatives like Palin battling the fiscal conservatives that most republicans claim to be, things are still looking pretty good for Obama in 2012. 11/26/2009 11:25:56 AM |
