problem is my lawyer still hasn't gotten something taking care of on my background check, and he is taking his sweet time. I mean, I understand he is busy, as he is involved in a huuuuge case (not mine) right now, but I need this to get taken care of sooner rather than later. Blargh.

my only hesitation is that he is the best in the county that it is in at this sort of thing, and I am sure he can get it taken care of. I don't want to run the risk of someone not as good f-ing it up and costing me this job- but at the same time, I run the same risk by this not getting taken care of in a timely matter by staying with him. shittiest part is, this is something that happened 10 years ago and was supposed to be dismissed back then, but something went wrong in the paper work and it somehow wasn't. yuck

homeless . i just moved in with my boyfriend and already it is not working. i am crashing with a friend but with two dogs and no yard this isn't going to last for very long. not only is it a pain in the ass finding another house to rent and having to move twice in one month, i am also feeling like a major fuck up as another relationship goes down the drain

Lol....as far as the friend goes I have pretty much been her on call babysitter since I have known her, sometimes being roped into "come over and hang out with us" which turns into her leaving for hours at a time to go on a date that she forgot to mention while I "hang out" with her 6 year old who is possibly the worst behaved child ever. Sooo...while I appreciate her letting me crash for a few nights I definitely don't feel like I am taking advantage.

That being said I would be in a really shitty situation without her, so yes I am grateful
