ha, YES to this as well. These people aren't my close friends. More of them are acquaintances, if even that. A few coworkers... some others, I don't know.

I guess my concern is that I've grown increasingly grumpy with how irrational I have been noticing people be. And I'm slightly nervous that maybe it's not them who are different. Maybe I'm the one being weird.

I've found I'll be friendly to the people I know, but my tolerance for trying to make people like me or trying to tolerate them is zero. And if they do anything that even irks me then it feels much, much worse than if a friend did the same thing.
