I dunno, I think Chase might come back.. He was the motorcycle dude in the prequel, so I don't know why they'd have him in that and not in the series.

And he has both hands. At the end of season 3 he was in the hospital in surgery getting his hand re-attached.

Once again, Chase has both hands. In the final minutes of day 3, he was in the hospital having surgery to reattach the hand.

As for the motorcycle, it was never made official that it was him, because he was wearing a dark helmet, but it was. They do a close up on his helmet, and you can see through the visor enough to tell it's chase. It's only for a moment though, but if you pause it and look, you can tell. Everyone I know who knows what Chase looks like and has watched the prequel agrees.

jack came back and did the same thing in season 2 after being tortured for over half an hour, having his heart stop and being brought back to life, and having some sort of suffocation serum injected in him.

So i think its entirely possible
