Seattle K Stephen Hauschka told me he begged out of the possible 53-yard FG attempt. Told Carroll he thought it was the wrong call.

People who like Steve Smith and don't like Sherman are hypocrites.

I love both.

Sherman haters are the ppl that got picked last for pickup games or never experienced what its like to get talked at and then be able to smear it in the opposing dude's face.

Ebron can talk shit all he wants, we still have Haushka and Sweezy playing for the Seahawks.

Seattle: 3 players that played at NC State. 0 players that played at UNC.
Denver: 1 player that played at NC State. 1 player that played at UNC.

4 players from State, 1 player from UNC, so he can shut the hell up and enjoy going to the Jets.

"Well done Mr. Ebron. "Trolling State Fans 101" must not have been a no-show class at UNC"

dammit, should've come up with that last night, would've been a good retort

I didn't think Sherman was being a thug. Then he did the choke motion to Kaepernick

and became my hero.

Not sure the NCSU connections to this are what brought the holes out of their closets, but several on FB decided to mouth off about Sherman and how they're pulling for the Broncos... and then proceeded to imply that Stanford's caliber of student-athlete is subpar.

And isn't ironic, don't you think? A little too ironic, and yeh I really do think.

Honestly, I'm backing off the whole "Sherman looked classless" thing solely because the choke signal was awesome--and I can't stand Kaepernick--but...

Quote :
"I ran over to Crabtree to shake his hand but he ignored me. I patted him, stuck out my hand and said, “Good game, good game.” That’s when he shoved my face, and that’s when I went off."

Sherman makes this sound like a gesture of goodwill. It was anything but that. What did he think Crabtree was going to do, congratulate him on ending his season?

So I think the real question here about what Sherman said, which is being ignored, and overshadowed by all the fake outrage and people supposedly being offended, is is Sherman really the best corner in the NFL? Or is it Peterson?

Seems pretty obvious that the defensive line on both sides are trying harder than the offensive lines in the pro bowl

Anything bad I may have said about the new pro-bowl format, I take it back.

It's actually an entertaining game now! SHOCKING!

I think I was fine with the changes but just covering the bases.

Pass protection requires a lot more teamwork and preparation than pass rushing

Al Michaels as always with the betting line comment. Line at bovada was Rice -1.5. That last play determines winners and losers. It should be ruled as a touchdown.

I say they put all the new rules into real games, especially the way the end of quarters were handled

CBS has partnered with the NFL for Thursday Night Football and will broadcast the first eight Thursday games of the 2014 season.
"NFL Network built Thursday into a night for NFL fans," commissioner Roger Goodell said. "Our goal is to bring these games to more fans on broadcast television with unprecedented promotion and visibility for 'Thursday Night Football' on CBS." NFL Network will simulcast those games and then exclusively broadcast the final four Thursday games in addition to two late-season Saturday night games. Jim Nantz and Phil Simms will be doing all 16 games, unfortunately leaving us without our weekly dose of Mike Mayock. "

Damn, its nice that its going on a non-cable channel, but I'm going to miss hearing Nessler and Mayock
