My house isn't cooling...AGAIN...the pipe from the unit into the house is cold as balls, but that isn't translating into cool air blowing inside

I think this is the third time this has happened in the past year? I'm never around when the landlord sends someone out so I have no idea what they do. Obviously it's not adequate, lol. *shrug* I change the filters...that's literally all I know to do

I think they were introduced into the US math curriculum in the 1980s because they were common in Japan and we needed our kids to compete with the Japanese menace or something; this is the impression I got after reading the Wikipedia article and learning they were first commonly used in 1980 and are still popular in Japan.

I did not mean it in a way to be a dick, I meant more so in a way that I think/hope that it may eventually work itself out. The financial and career type issues are the ones that stick around for a very long time.

I think that once you have been down that road for more than a couple of years (as you will figure out), there are many other things that also become very serious issues.

talking to my parents on the phone is extremely frustrating. even with hearing aides my mother can barely understand me. i end up repeating myself 5+ times, then she asks me to spell a key word of what i'm saying. i end up doing this multiple times, and even then she she can't hear me. then, if he's around, she'll pass the phone off to my dad. he's of course in denial that he has any type of hearing loss, so when he can't hear me he just rambles on about how it's bullshit that i continue to use a cell phone instead of getting a land line, because that's obviously why he can't hear me. and now she wants me to teach her how to use skype, as if she'll be able to hear anyone that way.
