Well, my moves include covering my mouth when I smile, laughing too much at all your jokes, and pretending to be cold so I can grab onto your arm. Apparently, you're supposed to tell me I have a pretty smile, and I shouldn't cover it, but that you also like that I cover it--you think it's cute. (I do not have a pretty smile, by the way, so you're going to have to do some acting on that one.)

Once alone, you've got like fifteen minutes before I get anxious and dismiss myself--even if I'm too drunk to drive. I will sleep in my car to avoid even the possibility of sexual advances.

Our collective self-esteem will no doubt be damaged by this encounter, but we'll be okay!

As if I didn't already know this place was thrown up with the cheapest materials, shittiest design, and cheapest labor possible, it loves to remind me.

Doorbell stopped working the other day. A few days later, on the other side of the house, I found out the light by the back door has managed to develop a short. It flickers like crazy and you can actually hear, clear as day, the short in the wall. So maybe it'll burn to the ground while I sleep.
