I had trouble breathing earlier because of allergies (I think) and felt anxious as a result because it built up over several hours. Noticed I was feeling lousy and that my anxiety/adrenaline just steadily sent my blood sugar up to the moon.

Now we have TWO problems to resolve before we can comfortably go to sleep.

Need some star trek medicine over here.

Strained a muscle in my shoulder that only hurts when I lay down. But the strain is in a spot where when I lay down it also makes breathing uncomfortable. Also, getting painkillers led to my girlfriend's brother coming around far more often so far this week

^^ thinking about moving but not 100% sure where yet Top 3 candidates are probably Pacific NW (Portland or Seattle), NYC, or Raleigh but if I did that I'd obviously have to find a new job etc. so I'm really just in the serious brainstorming/musing stage at the moment.

^I prefer Fridays off but I guess that's not based on anything really concrete.

Good deal. They all have their pros and cons (thought mostly the con is common: the cost of housing compared to what I've been spoiled with most my life ha) and I definitely think I could enjoy living any of those places, though I've actually never been to Seattle. I was supposed to take a vacation there this summer that didn't pan out or at least hasn't panned out yet so we'll see. Maybe July.

PPS I put out a random feeler to a company in NYC a few months back just asking for tips on transitioning to a city like that in my field and they ended up wanting me to apply to a current opening and I actually considered it for a few days before deciding that was wayyy too fast as it was literally only a couple weeks after a move of any kind was considered/discussed but it was reassuring since I had/still somewhat have doubts about my job transferring to a bigger city
