I hate having to wait for someone else to do things I could do myself infinitely more easily. My dishwasher has been broken for 3 weeks. I know what part it needs. But I have to wait for my management company to fix it through the home warranty program. And the management company blows, so I fully expect that to take another 3 weeks.

I tailgated the Motherhood/Maternity store, and it was one of the better decisions of my life.

The sales clerk sorta caught me pouring myself a drink, and she asked me if it was too cold. I wasn't sure how to respond...did she want to join in? She seemed pretty cool. But I didn't wanna get too weird so I just kept the solo party going and thumbed up every woman in the place, letting them know which colors looked amazing and how fantastic almost every garment seemed to work for them. They really did look beautiful!

We left the store four hours after we arrived, and from what I could tell, all parties were happy.
