Pretty much used these directions, only I had to sew the straps to the waistband first, then sew the skirt part onto that.

Yeah, pixie is short bangs, close cropped hair like Michelle Williams. Undercut means the sides/back are shaved, which can be done with longer hair (like ... girls who look like Skrillex).

This is what mine looked like when I first got it cut and was doing weird shit with it:



Now it's longer on the bangs and I leave them brushed to one side with some wax and sea salt spray for texture. Kinda like this



but with the close trimmed sides and back.

It's not for everyone, but I like having short, edgy hair. Depends on what your style is, too, I guess. I don't feel like I can just wear jeans and t-shirts and go without eyeliner any more.

i think the thing is dudes usually associate short hair with tomboys. idk what your bfs tell you but i have never in my life heard a guy say "i like girls with short hair" in general. not once.
